Who is Eligible? |
Housing Authorities -
Any political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia active in a substantial way with one or more phases of Community Development. Examples include but not limited to agencies or government departments involved in urban redevelopment or renewal, the provision or improvement of housing, neighborhood conservation, property rehabilitation, land use policies, city planning and transportation.

Students -
Any person currently enrolled in higher education.

Any person with present or previous elective, appointive, ex-officio, employee or consultant affiliation with a public body or other entity having a substantial interest in housing or community development activities.

Affiliates -
An entity that is not a political subdivision or an individual which has a substantial interest in or relationship with housing and community development activities. Examples include but not limited to banks, for-profit housing developers, non-profit housing organizations, consulting firms, building supply companies, and local governments.
